Translate greeting message (header) on landing page (SOW)

Hello community! I'd like to know the best practice for translating the "Hello" message into Spanish (as well as other elements that are not changing dynamicly with the language preference I choose).

I tried using the UI Builder, duplicating the greeting message, and naming it "Hola" However, this only changes the core value instead of dynamically translating it. Is there a different method that ensures these messages update automatically based on the selected language preference?
