Unable to Add “Business Elapsed Percentage” (Task SLA) as a Column in SC Task List in SOW

On the SC Task form, I can see the SLA details under Related Records (including Business Elapsed Percentage). However, when I try to configure the SC Task list view—specifically the “Tasks Assigned to Your Group” view—the Task SLA fields (like Business Elapsed Percentage) do not appear in the available columns. I need this SLA percentage to be visible directly in the list, but the Task SLA table is not available for dot-walking in list layout.

that's correct.

You can't show task_sla field on sc_task list

this link should help you on how to use custom field on your sc_task for this and populate it with the data

Then you can add this in your UX List Columns for sc task

Populate the SLA breach time on incident
