Work shift is not visible for agent under SOW

Hello team,
I have scheduled and published a work shift using Workforce Optimization. I want the agent to be able to view the scheduled work shift. However, the Service Operations Workspace displays only on-call shifts, not work shifts. I have enabled the roles listed below.
