I have a number of record lists defined in my 'Default Lists' in Service Operations Workspace
When I use the link icon '🔗' to copy a link to this view and use the link.
It opens in the 'My Lists' frame rather than in the Default Lists' frame. It has the Category / List name & the date and time and indicates that 'This list expires in 5 days. Save a copy to continue working with it.'
Can anyone help me find the docs / reason on why it is doing this?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @KevinConsultant ,
Try below options:
1. Create or Modify the Default List Configuration
Navigate to sys_ux_list_menu_config.list, find the Default SOW list menu, and adjust the default list configuration. You can add or reorder Default Lists so your desired view is permanently available there.
2. Use Favorites to Preserve Default List Behavior
Encourage users to Bookmark or Favorite the view directly from Default Lists rather than using the link icon. Opening the workspace via that link generally opens the appropriate default list frame.
