Hi All,
How to know that end user is using new "Service Operations Workspace" and not the legacy version?
Thanks.

Hi @Rakshanda Kunte,
Are you trying to understand from a general sense or particular activity?
If you check the 'Transaction' logs you can essentially view and understand the URL users are accessing.
As a simple example using CSM. The old workspace url was: (your_instance)/now/workspace/agent/home
The new CSM workspace URL is: (your_instance)/now/cwf/agent/home
To access the Transaction logs, type 'Transactions' and select the (All Users) option.
Filter the logs appropriately for your use case. See below screen shot for help.
To help others (or for me to help you more directly), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.
Thanks, Robbie

Hello @Rakshanda Kunte ,
To use Service Operations Workspace, you need to navigate to Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace.
To ensure you are in service operations workspace, you can check the URL. It should contain now/sow/home
You can check the version of SOW and related store apps in plugins. You may consider using URL /v_plugin_list.do along with filter *sow for ID
Please mark this response as correct and/or helpful if it assisted you with your question 😊
