User unable to add an absence on on-call schedule in SOW

Hi everyone 🙂

I am working on an on-call schedule on SOW and to my understanding a user should be able to provide coverage or schedule an absence to his shift if he is not available? The user does have an ITIL license but he is not able to do this. If he right-click, there are no options? I added a screenshot of what is supposed to happen. Any ideas of how to fix that? We are on Yokohama.

Hi @Thereza Van der

As per KB0687130

Issue :ITIL (Information technology infrastructure library) users are unable to request PTO coverage in the on-call calendar.

Cause :The Property com.snc.on_call_rotation.pto.approval.required is set to false:

/sys_properties.do?sys_id=4fdea12e9fa022008780bde8132e7057&sysparm_record_target=sys_properties&sysparm_record_row=2&sysparm_record_rows=4&sysparm_record_list=nameCONTAINSpto%5EORDERBYDESCsys_updated_on

Resolution :Please set  com.snc.on_call_rotation.pto.approval.required to true. To allow itil user to request time-off .
