We are trying to help users adopt the Service operation workspace because it makes there work easier. But 1 on of the things we hear is that when you make a list of your based of one of the standard list and you save it, but then you want to change your filter on it for example you want to add an assigment group it works but then when you select a other list and switch back that filter is gone.
So my question is Is there a way for a process user to change and save there filter without removing the list and change the filter that way?

Hello @Bas Tekampe
please share screenshots for your question
Save the filter as a new personal list (recommended)
Start from the standard list
Add or adjust the desired filters (e.g. Assignment group)
Open the List options (āÆ) menu
Select Save as new list
Provide a name and save
This creates a personal list with the updated filter that will persist when switching lists.
If this response proves useful, please mark it as Accept as Solution and Helpful. Doing so benefits both the community and me. šš

Yes, there is a way to save filters in the SOW list. First, define all your conditions using the filter. On the top right of the filter, click Saved Filters, then choose Save active filters. Provide a name for the filter, select who you want to share it with, and save it.
Later, you can add a new filter, the previously saved filters will be available under Saved Filters, and you can apply them whenever needed
If my response helps, mark it as helpful and accept the solution
