SOW - Need change modal when create change via problem

Hi Team,

 

IN SOW, We have problem list where we have a section called fix tasks when we move state to fix in progress.When we clicked on new, its directly open a normal change record instead of change modal which asked which type of change we need (emergency, normal etc).

 

I have tried in PDI , there change modal is working as expected.
