Assistant Analytics is a built-in dashboard in Assistant Designer that provides clear visibility into how your AI assistants are performing across channels and workflows. It consolidates key metrics into a single, actionable view so you can quickly understand impact and optimize with confidence.

It helps you understand:

  • How assistants are being used (conversation volume, adoption trends)
  • How effectively they resolve issues (inferred CSAT, deflection signals)
  • Where to optimize (resource consumption, friction points, channel performance)
