What is Virtual Agent?
Virtual Agent is a conversational bot platform for providing user assistance through conversations within a messaging interface.
What can Virtual Agent on HI do for you?
HI is an early adopter of Virtual Agent and we'd like to announce the availability of Virtual Agent on HI. With this deployment users now have option to self-serve and get immediate 24x7 support. The initial launch consists of 12 topics (depending on your role). Here is a quick preview of how Virtual Agent can provide assistance.
Continuous development
The initial launch is only the beginning! Enhancements will be made based on user feedback and there is already a backlog of great ideas for more topics which will come to you soon. Be sure to log into HI frequently for a grow list of topics that will make your work live easier.
