Not sure how well known this is, but the "Preserve users and related tables" option when requesting a Clone has been disabled in the datacenter since May 1st, 2020. So, selecting it has NO effect on the clone.

I've asked why the option is still available and why the documentation has not been updated yet. Extremely misleading and you are forced to deal with the fallout after a clone.
