With the Rome family release, we have some exciting AI enhancements and capabilities coming on the Now Platform®.
Automation Discovery

AI Search Enhancements
In the Rome release, users benefit from content security and greater accuracy and enhanced user experience with better search relevancy as well as better performance for improved deflection.
For peace of mind, users can search external content securely, through a single search application across all data sources. This delivers a cohesive experience for customers looking for a unified portal solution. And, the benefit to Admin is the users seeing only content that is relevant and accessible to them.
With Rome, users also benefit from an enhanced user experience with improved quality of results. For example, AI Search pulls the exact span of text in a longer passage to focus on the user’s actual question. Results are contextual, personalized, and can even be sorted by date while automatically tuning the quality of results based on customers’ feedback making it smarter, easier, and more natural than ever before.
NLU Workbench Enhancements
Building models in secondary languages can be time-consuming and requires effort to maintain consistency between languages. This inconsistency can be costly, both in time and resources.
Multilingual Model Management is an enhanced experience on the NLU Workbench. The main enhancement is that MMM enables admins managing models in multiple languages and model authors to create secondary models in foreign languages consistent with models developed in their primary language – all in a single click.
Models, whether in primary or secondary languages, are consistent with each other, in terms of intents, entities, and vocabulary. No more inconsistencies between primary and secondary languages.
