Hi
creating a dashboard from the managed docs data - have a mix of document revision and document tiles. We add a group to the group permissions tab on the managed docs to determine who can view and edit the document and their revisions. When creating the reports i have shared each of the reports to this group. For some reason when impersonating someone in this group they can only see the document revision reports not the document ones.
any help?

Hello,
Dashboard share permissions will not trickle down to underlying table based ACLs. In this case, report_view is a ACL type that prevents users from viewing report content based on the table specified in the ACL. You will need to create a new ACL on the given table with the report_view type, and appropriate roles for viewing reports on the table. You can find examples of these ACLs by going to {yourinstance.com}/sys_security_acl_list.do?sysparm_query=operation.nameSTARTSWITHreport_view
Please mark my answer as correct/helpful if it has helped you.
Thanks,
Logan
