Action not authorized

I m working on a service catalog request. I was able to add new catalog policies fine. All of a sudden i m getting "Action not Authorized" on click of new buttons in catalog policies actions, i m getting the error as "Action not authorized"

Try changing the Action Name of the UI Action button. Conflict of UI action names is one case where this happens.

This is whats happening. I have created UI policy successfully. UI policy doesnt have name field. I used short description only. We dont have issues in creating UI policy. But from the UI policy, when i click "New" button in UI actions category, its not taking me to the next screen where i can provide the name, before that itself its throwing error as "Action not authorized"


I didnt do anything later and the issue resolved on its own. not sure why it happened momentarily. i came across scenario yesterday as well. i believe this scenario whenever i do some delete and then start working on the new stuff
