Action to send message directly to MS Teams user

I have a flow designer where I want to add an action to be able to send a message directly to user on MS Teams. Is this possible?

I think we can do that by using Microsoft teams spoke.

Great information @Murthy Ch However, this is to send message to a teams channel. I was able to implement this idea just for testing purposes, it uses a webhook url. I'm trying to send message directly to user, direct users don't contain a webhook url.

Take a look a the Microsoft Teams Graph Spoke and check our actions in Chat Management especially Create Chat [Creates a chat with the required user], and Send Message to Chat [Sends a message to chat in Microsoft Teams].
