Activity Filter View changed, Native form activity section is changed

can anyone say how to revert back the view of activity filter, Native form of activity section is changed in all table

That's a UI15 setting. Is this just for you or for all users? Check on the user preferences. 'use.concourse' should be set to true as general setting.
