Add Approve/ Reject Button on the change form

Hi All,

I have a requirement to add Approve/ Reject Button on the change form. I tried the below script but it is make all the approver no longer required including who approves it. And state is not changing.

What is use case to add Approve / Reject button on the change form. User can go to my approval and approve from there which is OOTB.

I can understand client is asking, but begin an SN developer or consultant, it is our duty to guide the client that what is good and what is bad. By adding these buttons you are discarding the OOTB functionality of approvals and also making the instance customized.
