Add attachment flow designer RITM

HI all,

I need to attach a file when the request is created, how can I do it?

Hi,

you can add that file to that catalog item.

Then use Flow Action Copy Attachment and copy to RITM record

Copy Attachment action

Copy attachment action gives error in Flow designer

where is the file stored? i.e. from where the file is to be picked and attached to RITM?
