Hello all,
I hope you can help me out. I am in the process of implementing Major Incident Management including Communication Plan definitions. Everything is working as expected except for one thing. On th Major Incident Workbench there are Incident communication tasks to send out emails. Unfortunately i cannot find an option here to add an attachment to the emails. E.g.
Incident communication task (NO Attachment icon)
While when opening the email client from the incident form, the add attachment option is available:
Can you help me to resolve this? I need to be able to add an attachment for Incident Communication Tasks

I've ended up using the ALT + A option to add attachments. This solution is accepted by my client.

as a workaround you can try adding attachment using before/after insert BR on sys_email
Did you try that?

Hi ankur,
Thanks for your quick response. I have not. Do you have an example BR for me that I can use?
Thanks.

I have the same requirement for my client 😉 Can you elaborate on this? What does Alt + A do, and where do you press it?
Best regards
