Add pagination to the existing My Requests widget

Hello,

I have a requirement to add pagination to the existing OOB widget my requests. It's a list of requests and incidents that is created/requested by the logged in user.

The widget contains a bunch of codes and its hard for me to figure out how to add pagination on this. If you guys could please help. Thank you so much.
