Hi,
I'm trying to do add a URL to a website on a label field in a variabel set on a requested item (service catalogue), but i can't seem to make it show in the service portal.
Type is Label, and i've added a question and a name, then you have the html fields: description and instructions fields. I want the label to show html like URL when in the service portal, i think i'm overlooking something, is this possible?
Best regards,

Hi Nitin,
The alternative way is to create a variable as Macro with label. You might refer the below thread where I have answered similar answer earlier: Annotations without a variable field on Record Producer.
I hope this helps. Please mark correct/helpful based on impact

Thank you. I have created an UI page (for native UI view) and widget (for Service portal view). I have created two variables one for UI page and other for macro/widget and placed them in sequential order. However I see a gap as below in the classic UI. I know this is because of the macro variable is right below the UI page variable and it is occupying the space which looks awkward and make the page look bad. Is there any way can we get rid of the space?
Classic UI view.
In Service Portal view it looks fine
The space in SP view is something acceptable but the UI view is something my business was not able that long gap/space.
Is there any way to handle the space issue?
Regards!
