Add User to Group "The object already exists" Error Message

Hello we use the integration hub Microsoft AD Spoke to add users to an AD group.
The mid-server can communicate with the Active Directory server. However, we constantly receive an error message when the flow activity has been executed.
But the given user is not yet in the AD group.

The object already exists. (Exception of HRESULT: 0x80071392)
HRESULT: [-2147019886]

Honestly speaking I have got this “object already exists” error in my Access database. So I can share the fixes which I have tried to solve that error ….!
