Pin Articles in Service Portal Search Results

Hi,

We have a requirement to highlight certain articles for specific keywords. I realize the pinning the article achieves just that. I am able to see it work on the KB Portal(which we do not use) but not the Service Portal. Can you let me know if I am missing something or steps to achieve this.

Hi,

I've tried on my PDI, below the settings:

1) Added a new Knoweldge Keyword for the KB article "Spam":

2) Added the widget Knowledge Featured Articles in the kb_view2 page from the designer:

3) Result:

Truly appreciate your response. But the page where I needed the pinned articles is in the search result page in the highlighted area in the screenshot below,

Hi Naveen,

there is no OOTB way to add it inside the Faceted search widget, you can only add the widget on the top of the search page:
