Adding a button to Requested item

Hello.

I want to add a new button to the menu line on "requested item" i know i have to make a ui action, but other than that im lost. Im new to service now. so i'm a little unsure how to go about this. Any tips where to start?

Hi,

 

Create Ui Action for Requested Item.

Steps:

1. System Definitions > UI Action > Click on "New"

2. Fill it as per your requirement.

Name = Name of the Button you want to show on Record

Table = the Button you want to show in Particular Table 

Form Button  = Button on Menu Line

Show insert =  Shows a button on new records that have not been inserted.

Show update =  Shows a button on existing records.
