In Connect Support, it was easy to drag and drop a knowledge article to present to the end user. In Agent Workspace, we have setup agent assist to search KB articles. It seems that the OOB UI actions for knowledge search results for "Attach" want a journal field to copy to.
It produces an error trying because there is no note field.
Has anyone had an success configuring Knowledge/Agent Assist to actually copy cards/links to records in the chat interaction?
