Hello Folks, I have a table which stores images (of meeting rooms) as an "Image"
The table structure is
However, when a "My List" is configured in Agent Workspace to show the meeting rooms, the image is displayed as an .iix.
I've tried setting up a "workspace" view for the Meeting Rooms table and also tried using the Customer360 Ribbon for it - but it simply won't display the image in Agent Workspace. It works fine in the native List view.
Please let me know if you have any solutions for this!

HI
Ensure to set the proper role when you're creating a new custom Agent Workspace:
Role: Agent_workspace_user
Then Check the basic settings:
- Navigate to Workspace Experience -> Administration -> All Workspaces -> Your custom workspace
- Switch to the tab Workspace Modules and choose Lists
- In the field Content component choose the component with the tag sn-workspace-list-module in the application @devsnc/sn-workspace-list-module.
- Save or update the Workspace Module record.
OR, you can try creating a new ribbon component :
Go to Agent Workspace > Forms > Ribbon Settings
Mark Correct & Helpful, if applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

Hi Sandeep, thanks for the reply. I implemented the settings you listed, however the My Lists page within Agent Workspace (its not custom page/component) still shows images as .iix.
Please let me know if the Now Platform/Agent Workspace actually supports displaying "Image" in Lists?
