Agent workspace "CREATE INTERACTION" form layout

Hello, Need your help to configure agent workspace "CREATE INTERACTION" form layout. (Please see attached snapshot).

Whenever I am creating a new interaction through agent workspace, "CREATE INTERACTION" form will get open. My requirement is to configure the layout of this form to add  Assignment group field above assigned to field. (Please see the attached for the form)

I already tried navigating through agent workspace form layout configurations. But, that is there to configure different agent workspace form views eg; service operations workspace, default etc.

But "CREATE INTERACTION" form doesn't comes under any view. So just wanted to understand how one can edit this form layout?

Any suggestions would be helpful. Please advise.
