Agentic workflow not showing on Now Assist

Unable to see agentic workflow/use case on the now assist panel.

Now assist panel is active.

backend table override is also active - sn_aia_usecase_config_override

 

Unable to see as option to select through on the now assist panel as well as its also not coming when searching via its name.

Hi @Atulbrkumar,

 

as of October 2025 the Agentic Workflow couldn't have been used in Now Assist chatbot, we raised a case for it and were informed about it, but I no longer work for that customer so I cannot see the latest details or eventual fix.

 

Create a case at the Support Portal to get the latest information about that. If created, please share the current status with others if you can. Thanks
