AI search portal not visible on the portal

I have enabled  or checked the the AI search box on the portal form but from the front end of the service portal am not able to see the AI search profile it uses the old search method
I have also cloned the AI search profile with the existing for my new portal but still it doesn't show up on the portal 
can anyone know why this is happening

Are you trying in PDI? If yes, the AI search not work in PDI , if not please check is AI search enabled in your instance.

No I am not trying on my PDI 
Its my dev instance where am trying and also the AI search is enabled on the portal
