Alternative to giving "sn_hr_core.case_reader" Role

Trying to give some users read/write access to a table extended from "sn_hr_core_case".  I've setup some custom Roles  and added read/write ACLs on the new table but users cannot see the records unless they also have the "sn_hr_core.case_reader" Role.  Unfortunately that gives them access to the "sn_hr_core_case" table as well but we want to limit it to the extended table.

I've also looked at the "COE Security Policies" thinking that might help, but no.

Is the "sn_hr_core.case_reader" Role really required for any table extended from "sn_hr_core_case"???

Hi @Jim Coyne ,

sn_hr_core.case_reader Role is the minimum role required to access any cases.

Thus, even if its a extended table  and you are giving "sn_hr_core.case_reader" , they can access "sn_hr_core_case" table.
