I just enabled the Integration - MFA plugin and made sure the property Enable Multifactor Authentication was checked. I then went to a user and added the Enable Multifactor Authentication field to the User form and checked it. However, when trying to login as that user, they are never prompted to use the MFA feature, no matter how many times I log them out and back in.
Has anyone else experienced this previously or know what I might have skipped? I looked at all the documentation until my eyes bled trying to see if I did overlook something, but I feel like I did it all.
Thanks,
Shawn

Make sure the user you are login in with has “Enable Multi-Factor Authentication” checkbox checked on the sys_user table
Let me know if it worked.

Good morning Aman,
Thank you for taking the time to answer. I wish it were that simple. I do have the Enable Multifactor Authentication (EMA) flag set to true for both test users. If I log in as them after having the flag set, they still are not getting the setting up process challenge I am expecting. If I am impersonating the user, I can go to the user profile and I see the ability for the individual to click on a related link and can set it up voluntarily.
However, I am under the impression if I set the EMA flag to true, the user should not be able to log in again without seeing the message that it is mandatory to set up the MFA authenticator. Am I incorrect in that assumption? Or are there additional steps not included in the documentation I need to take to fully enable this feature?
Again, I appreciate your helping, and I am open to any other suggestions.

Might help for later users:
- Uncheck the remember me option on the login page ---> login with local credentials --> MFA prompted. - - logoff --> login back --> Check the remember me option on the login page --> You will still be prompted for MFA. This should help.

@Kalyan10 - with Next Experience there is now no "remember me" option on the Login screen - I have removed saved passwords and cookies but still cannot get an MFA prompt to appear - any thoughts in this case? Hoping you can assist.
