Voice and Instant Message notifications configured in ServiceNow

Please help:

I would like to receive instant message and or voicemail notification when a customer adds comment to an incident. I have added a  channel for Voice to my Notification, then added my office phone (not a cell phone) and tested it. Well, I didn't get the voice notification when a comment was added. 

Could you please point me in the right way to do this?

I believe, to handle those notifications you would need the Notify plugin installed and configured accordingly: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/product/notify2/concept/notify-...

By default, the provider is Twilio, so you also need a Twilio account, unless you want to integrate with your own telephony provider.
