Approval Details on RITM (using Flow Designer for stages)

I would like to be able to include the approval details on the workflow stages presented to the end user in the service portal.

The catalog item's flow is configured in Flow Designer and all documentation and post point towards Workflow generated properties/scripts.

How can I enable the approval details similar to below, using stages via Flow Designer?

Open your FLOW. On the right-hand side you will see 3-dots (...), click on those dots and then click on Flow Stages. Then click on Add stages from Template and choose Requested Item, and then Add. The default stages will appear.

Now in your Flow logic, if you hover to the right you should see something that says Add Stage. Click to add your stage for each step that requires a stage.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your response. Apologies I should have been a little clearer.

I already have the stages configured in the flow manually, rather than using the stage sets.

Have now tested using your method of the Requested Item stage set but I still don't see the approver details. Just the standard 'Waiting for Approval'.

I'd like to see who it is pending with/has approved, something that seems to be possible using the Workflow method but not immediately obvious through Flow Designer

Cheers

Taylor

Did you by chance get the answer how we can see approver details on the above image, I am also facing the similar issue where the flow deisgner flow is not displaying the approver details, where as workflow shows with which approver that ie being held.

Be do reply back if you had found the answer or anything near to the answer

Hi Akhila,

Just try to check which field you are using in the portal widget for displaying approver name.

This widget is OOTB or custom?

Please look into below properties if you are using OOTB stage renderer widget.
