As a partner, how can I request store applications for a customer?

Hi,

I'm looking to activate a store application for a customer. I can switch to the company in the support portal, but the store doesn't seem to recognize this, as I can only request applications for the instances my company owns, not the instances we manage for our customers.

 

How can I achieve this? Do I need a specific role in the customer's org on the support portal?
