As a partner, how can I request store applications for a customer?

Hi,

I'm looking to activate a store application for a customer. I can switch to the company in the support portal, but the store doesn't seem to recognize this, as I can only request applications for the instances my company owns, not the instances we manage for our customers.

 

How can I achieve this? Do I need a specific role in the customer's org on the support portal?

Unfortunately, the answer is no, you can't request it with your partner account.

 

You need to ask the customer members to request the app from the ServiceNow Store or create an account yourself in the customer domain.
