Assess UI Button Not proceeding for one user

a particular user has the same roles as other Risk users. But whenever he clicks on UI buttons in Risk or risk assessment form, it's not proceeding further. Checked the conditions for UI actions. That looks fine. i don't see any ACL issue as well.
Any idea on this issue!

Is the UI button client enabled? are you seeing any error in browser console? the UI button screenshot would be helpful to suggest on the same.

i dont see any errors in browser console. Also this button works for other users.
Yes it is client enabled. Unfortunately i am not allowed to put screenshots. the form is from the table - sn_risk_advanced_risk_assessment_instance

That option is not available for this form. Are there any alternatives?
