Assess UI Button Not proceeding for one user

a particular user has the same roles as other Risk users. But whenever he clicks on UI buttons in Risk or risk assessment form, it's not proceeding further. Checked the conditions for UI actions. That looks fine. i don't see any ACL issue as well.

Any idea on this issue!

if the user is able to see then it should perform the next action as well

Did you debug further what that UI action does when clicked?

When this user clicks, it just refreshes the page. For others it works fine.
