ATF Click A UI Action Step error [object Object]

Error name: [object Object]

Can someone please help me with the following ATF step error that occurs on the step 'Click a UI Action' button?

The button name is 'Implement' and it is part of Change Management. Once I click on the Implement UI button, a popup alert appears asking for confirmation to proceed because this action cannot be reverted. However, I am getting an error when the 'Click a UI Action' step executes. Please help me, as I am unable to find any solutions for this issue.

I have a couple of ideas:

1. Are there multiple options for Implement when selecting the UI Action?
   1. I've had this come up for me in certain situations where there are multiple UI Actions that appear for Save or Update, and I've had to try a couple before it would work as expected.
2. Is there a Risk Assessment or other aspect of the Change Reques that needs to be completed before the Implement UI Action is clicked?
