Integration to SAP BTP Integration Suite/ Open Connector

Hi guys,

 

do any of you have experience regarding the integration of ServiceNow with SAP BTP Integration Suite via the Open Connectors? We have discussed the ServiceNow Integration Hub and the respective Spokes with our customer. Instead of direct point-to-point connections, however, the customer would like to control all integrations centrally via a bus, i.e. the SAP BTP Integration Suite. A standard connector for ServiceNow is offered there. However, when looking at the documentation (https://help.openconnectors.ext.hana.ondemand.com/home/servicenow), it seems to me that this connector essentially only allows post, get & delete actions in ServiceNow triggered by the SAP BTP Integration Suite.

For a use case like the transfer of an attachment after successful processing of a request in ServiceNow to Jira via SAP BTP, a custom integration would have to be built from ServiceNow to SAP BTP - suitable spokes or similar are not known to me. As soon as the attachment has arrived in the SAP BTP, it can be transferred from there with an Open Connector for Jira.

Does this match with your experiences or estimations?
