ATF-How can we open any specific record from list.

Hi

I am trying to open second record from RITM list.

I use Record Querry in first step. I get 2 records(RITMs).I want to open one specific RITM from this result.

If I try with Open existing Record with Above result in data picker, it only allows to select first record.

Is there any way to select second record and open it?

that's correct you can select only 1 record using Open existing Record step

You need to provide proper specific condition in Record Query action step. Then in next action you will be able to find your desired result in Open an existing record Step (mention the Record query) step.

As per Query record, you can open 1 record at time.

Hi @Vedika Benadkar ,

If you use Open existing record, it will just open one RITM record.

You can use Record Query to validate the 2 RITM using appropriate filters and to open the specific RITM you can use Open Existing Form.
