Hi,
Currently, I have a create request UI action on the incident button, once clicked it will navigate to RITM form and once the catalog item is selected, variables get reflected in the request details and after submitting, it generates the approval and attach the workflow. Similarly when I change the catalog Item on the RITM, variables get reflected in the request details and after submitting, it generates the approval and attach the workflow and remove the existing workflow.
I have converted the workflow for catalog item into Flow designer and now if I follow the same process to covert the incident to RITM or changing the catalog item, flow is not getting attach to the RITM and approvals are not triggered.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance

how are you generating the RITM from flow?
You should use OOTB "Submit Catalog Item Request" flow action and it will generate REQ, RITM and then once REQ is approved, RITM flow will trigger
Please share some screenshots
Submit Catalog Item Request action

It should work — we did the same on our client side a few weeks back, and it worked as expected. Please make sure the new flow is activated and mapped to the catalog item correctly.
