audit is enabled but not showing in Activity log.

Hi,

In the alm_asset table when an asset is assigned to a person, the assigned date and time are not appearing in the Activities section,even though Audit is enabled. We can see this information up to l, but after that, it is not visible. Could someone assist with this issue

Hi @vikram Terala 

 

The assigned_to field might have the no_audit=true attribute set. 

  1. Navigate to an Asset record.
  2. Right-click the Assigned to field label and select Configure Dictionary (ensure you are in the Advanced view).
  3. Look at the Attributes related list.
    If you see no_audit=true or edge_encryption_enabled=true,no_audit=true, click the info icon and delete that attribute, or set it to no_audit=false.
