Auto Approval of Service Request via Flow/Flow Designer

Can a service request be auto approved via Flow Designer?

We have a service request to request a specific item, which we do not require approval for.

So if REQ has Item A, auto approve the request?

(New to ServiceNow and these ways of working so open to best practices!)

Hello Natalie,

You could try using 'Set Automatic Approval Rules' Or you could add a new WorkFlow that just approves right aways. So it would look like this:

Hi Bent,

I just made the below (very basic flow)!

I did however have to amend a business rule we have in place around the Requests table - so you might be experiencing conflicts if you're having an issue.

Hi Natalie,

How did you manage to specify which requested item triggers this flow? As far as I can tell, the flow in your screenshot would automatically approve all requests right?

It looks like HI published a resolution that worked for me. I tried Natalie's method and it still didn't work.
