Auto generate catalog task based in custom table assignment group

Hi All,
I have a requirement where I have to create a custom table and defined the assignment group there.
Then have to create a flow designer and catalog task will assign to custom table defined assignment group.
For example,
There is a Catalog Item, after submission of the form 27 task should be create simultaneously. So the plan is in the custom table we will take a list collector where we will define 27 groups and catalog task will create for those 27 groups.
If any group change so manager will only change the group in the table.
Please help in this.

Why not use assignment rules for this? If task is x, assign to y.
Or even a list field on the groups table where you can add the catalog items that need a task for this group? Creating a table can cost you money/licenses, depending on the contract.

Hi @Mark Manders ,
That table will be used for multiple catalog item. Assignment rules is not working here.
Because 27 catalog task will assign to different groups.
