 Can someone help me out in How to create, update, delete, add/remove members in a shared mailbox Automation using ServiceNow

Hi @PatlalaShaR 
You can use OOB spokes like MS Active Directory V2, MS Exchange Server, and MS Exchange Online. It also depends on the organization's infrastructure. If they use Exchange Online (EXO), then you can use the MS Exchange Online spoke. If they use an on-premises Exchange server, then you need to use the AD V2 spoke and the MS Exchange Server spoke.

It's not straightforward. Could you please provide more information about your Exchange setup (On-premises or Online) and how access provisioning and deprovisioning currently occur?
Also you need to setup a mid server for this integration.
