Dear Community,
I am quite new to using ServiceNow and I need some help with creating an automation. My goal is to identify tickets that have been escalated to a vendor and subsequently closed, and then export the last email from the vendor to a Knowledge Base.
Could someone guide me on how to set this up? Detailed instructions or examples would be greatly appreciated.
