I have created a catalog item and specified the availability for a specific role and a specific group (as shown in screen shot below). The itil group restriction works fine, but the Available for group is not. I have users in the Change Request Creator group but they cannot see the catalog item. Can someone perhaps tell me what is wrong? Thanks!

Hi Ric,
If you are on the latest release, can you try this with User Cretria.

It is possible that there is a hierarchy for these related lists. The restrictions may combine them with an "AND" instead of an "OR" as you are expecting. Have you tried removing the role restriction to see if the group restriction works? Next step would be to turn on debugging to see where it fails.
