Avatar is not displaying initials in ServiceNow portal after Vancouver upgrade

Hi All,

The ServiceNow avatar icon is not displaying initials after upgrade to Vancouver. This happens only in portal and not in the Native UI.

Note; The image is getting displayed. Only issue is with the initials.

Hi @shanker1 , did you get to the bottom of this issue? I have the same issue (circular avatar in EC is blank and not showing initials, unless there is a photo in user's profile) but struggling to find why. Avatar in the workend is showing as expected, the issue is only in EC. if anyone else can point out to solution, would really appreciate it.
