Avoid approvals to be set to no longer required when someone rejects the approval request

Hi,

I have a requirement to wait until all the approval records are being approved or rejected. Currently the approval records are set to "No longer required" when someone rejects the approval request. I need all the approvals to be neither approved or rejected.

How can we achieve this? I am using flow designer.

Hello @Hari1,

You can use the action Ask For Approval and there you can define the condition.

It's not working if any one approver rejects the request all the approval records state gets set to "No longer required"

For me its working properly

I have tried this in my PDI and it is working fine

Can you try with 3 approvers? and approve the 1st approval request and reject the 2nd approval request and check what happens to the third approval request?
