Hello All,
We are currently looking for the best way of doing this and I wasn't sure if anyone could help.
We have created a number of catalogue items which we require an awaiting customer stage or status just incase we need further information from a user.
Because our stages are built into our workflow's i didn't know if this was the best place to put this or if its to put it in the status.
Has anyone setup this kind of thing before? If so any help/guidance would be appreciated.

"Awaiting info from user" is not really a stage, especially if you only need it "just incase." It's more of a state for the fulfillers to see the status of the requested item. So you could add "Awaiting User Info" as a state option and then put a comment in the requested item so the requester knows what the status is.
