Azure AD SSO - user not found

Hi,

We are trying to configure Azure AD SSO with ServiceNow.

We tested the configuration of the Identity provider using the test button, and it worked. Now we have configured a user that exist in both Azure AD (created through DirSync) and Servicenow to use that SSO config. The login process seems to work, but i get a message "user not found" and then i'm logged off automatically.

Can someone give me some tips on how i can troubleshoot this further?

Hello, If you did not sort this already, you should : enable debug on the MultiSSO, then in the response see the form the user record comes from IDP as, make sure it corresponds to what you have under  User Field on your IDp settings.
